Terms of Use

1. The agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Timur Demir, an independent developer in Berlin, Germany ("I", "me"), about the Deeplink Checker app ("the app"). By using the app you accept them. The app is also licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which these Terms supplement.

2. Licence

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse-engineer the app except where the law expressly allows it.

3. Free and Pro

The core of the app is free. "Deeplink Checker Pro" unlocks additional features shown in the app. Which features are free and which are Pro may change over time; Pro entitles you to the Pro features as they exist while your purchase is active.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Pro is sold through Apple's in-app purchase system; Apple collects payment and handles refunds. Prices are shown in the app before you confirm and may vary by region.

• Monthly and annual subscriptions are charged to your Apple Account and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• You manage and cancel subscriptions in the iOS Settings app under your Apple Account › Subscriptions. You keep Pro until the end of the period already paid for.
• Refunds are decided by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• The lifetime option is a one-time purchase with no renewal. It unlocks Pro for as long as the app is offered on the App Store.
• Restore purchases in Settings › Deeplink Checker Pro with the same Apple Account. When a subscription ends, Pro features lock again; nothing you created is deleted.

5. Your content

Everything you create in the app is yours and is stored on your device and in your own iCloud. You are responsible for it, for keeping backups, and for using the app only to test domains, apps and links you own or are authorised to test.

6. No guarantee of results

The app reports what happened on one device, at one moment, given the state of Apple's and Google's services at that time. Results are informational and can differ elsewhere. The app does not guarantee how Apple or Google will handle your links or whether an app will pass review. Deeplink Checker is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design and the Deeplink Checker name and icon belong to Timur Demir. Feedback you send may be used without obligation.

8. Liability

The free features are provided as they are, to the extent the law allows. I am liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual duties my liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage; further liability is excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Termination and changes

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. I may end your licence if you materially breach these Terms, and may discontinue the app; active subscriptions are then handled through Apple. I may update these Terms; the current version is always at this address with the date of the last revision, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. I am neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

11. Apple

These Terms are between you and me, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, maintenance or support, and has no warranty obligation beyond refunding the purchase price where the app fails to conform to a warranty. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo and are not on any U.S. list of prohibited parties.
